Legendary basketball coach John Wooden spent decades identifying the characteristics and traits that help define a successful person and narrowed the list to 25 common behaviors. What became an iconic diagram for success has helped athletes, corporations, and individuals chart a path to success and personal growth. In this course, you create your own Pyramid of Success to reflect your personal traits and roadmap to success.

Project Design

The initial design of this project was a rough outline, which I created directly in the Articulate Rise microlearning blocks for an easier transition. This outline helped to organize the contents and capture the desired elements of the project.

Project Development

The highlight of the course is the interactive activity built in Articulate Storyline. This customized drag‑and‑drop exercise allows learners to place their traits onto the pyramid and rearrange them as needed. They can also save and print their results as a personal reminder of what success means to them.
