This eLearning course was created as part of a Learning Challenge and designed specifically to support a nutritionist’s clients who are managing chronic conditions. The experience guides learners through the essentials of reading and interpreting nutrition labels so they can make informed, healthier choices in everyday situations.

Project Storyboard

Using the style guide and course objectives as my anchor, I outlined the scenario in Microsoft PowerPoint and mapped how each moment should play out. I focused on the learner’s path—what they see, what they decide, and how the experience guides them toward confident, real‑world application. This quick, visual blueprint set the tone, pacing, and interactions that shaped the final course.

Project Design

The initial build in Storyline centered on creating clean, focused scenes—one for each activity—to give learners a clear sense of progression as they practiced reading nutrition labels. I designed custom labels using the forms feature in Adobe Acrobat, allowing for realistic, easy‑to‑compare examples throughout the course.

Project Development

To deepen the experience, I used variables to track nutrition counts in the recipe activity, updating the learner’s score in real time as they added ingredients and made choices. This combination of structured scenes, custom visuals, and dynamic feedback created an experience that felt both practical and engaging for clients learning to make healthier decisions.
