This eLearning course was developed for a Learning Challenge that leveraged the AI tool Mindsmith to empower leaders of the fictional Gilbert's Pharmacy in mastering coaching conversations using the GROW model. This project delivers creative insights and expert solutions that enhance leadership development through scenario-based learning and gamification.

Project Storyboard

The AI authoring tool creates a storyboard based off of a prompt for your course and added resources. In this instance, I included the values and objectives document provided for the challenge.

Project Design

After the storyboard is approved, the AI creates a basic version of the course, including AI images and requested interactive elements. The prompt is always available to continue design adjustments.

Project Development

The AI has limitations, so I used the course editing tools to further refine the project to my exact specifications and created additional graphics using Powerpoint.
